Why do China Suppliers are mot ready to send samples by chinapost likebefore ?

Dear Sir,
For your kind info, before chinese Suppliers used to sent samples by CHINAPOST Office but recemt year they are not ready to do that ! As a result, we cant call the samples for test and fail in taking import decision !
