I don't understand why you send me an item that I did not order. The item you sent is called 3D white teeth whitening strips. I did not order this item. You sent it to Luis Marty HC01 5737 Arroyo PR 00714. What do I do with the item you sent me without my consent? Please call me at: 787-446-7439

Hi Luis Marty,

It should be a Brushing Scam. It's sent by sellers in China to boost the seller's ratings by creating fake orders. They usually ship an inexpensive product to an unwitting receiver and then submitting positive reviews on the product.
