Why did my package return to Shanghai Exchange?

My package is #LY496895984CN I don't have anything in there besides stickers and washi tape, so why was it returned?

I've been trying to get a hold of the company who I bought this package from but to no avail. I'm concerned about the status since it says that it was sent back to Beijing with the note "security return." I'm concerned about when/if I will receive the package, and since I've had no luck getting a hold of the company in the month and a half since I ordered this package, I figured I'd ask here. Thank you in advance for the help.
