Why did my package leave its originating country twice!

My package LO956113820CN, has apparently left the originating country twice, once on the 30th and once on the 13th!! Why is this and what does it mean!

Hi hcumming,

It didn't leave twice. It didn't pass the check and is sent again. It will leave China recently.
