Why China Post doesn't provide country or city flight data on tracking?

Accepted 03-August-2021 but progress has multiple 10+ day pauses. I can't tell if it even flew from origin to destination country because all status indicates is flight departure (no country or city) or aircraft arrived in port (no country or city) and travel time looks like 3 hours, not nearly long enough to go from CN to the US. Maybe CN to JP? Or with time difference and 15 hour flight maybe CN to US. Why no country or city data on flight status? Is there any chance that the package may be returned to sender due to all the Covid-19 disruptions?
