Hello ... I have a package that was shipped through China Post to Canada and then subsequently to our Community Box by Canada Post. It did not arrive as identified on both China Post tracking and Canada Post tracking. In speaking with Canada Post they have advised that they can only investigate delivery issues within 3 business days of the delivery date and that time has passed. So I need to contact the sender as any further action will have to be initiated by the sender of the item. Any ideas how I would open a ticket up with China Post. Thanks in advance.

i tired contacting china post from Canada the number didnt work how can i fix this and is there any other way i can contact them? my package has hasnt gotten any updates in a while and taking a concerning time to deliver at my house

Two weeks ago I tried to send my letters to Canada at central China Post Office in Xi'an. I was refused with the explanation that because of Canada Post workers strike, China Post doesn't accept letters destined to Canadian Adresses.

My question is, because the strike is over, will my letters to Canada will be accepted now at China Post?
