Why are you not shipping pkg????

Placed order on 11/24... no acknowledgement of my order till i filed paypal complaint. 12/4 tracking info finally entered... now you have been sitting on it with NO MOVEMENT since 12/6, that is over 10 days now!!! Why are you not actually performing your job function and SHIPPING the frickin pkg already???? LY576329965CN

Hi Miranda,

Packages usually take 20-60 days to be delivered. It was shipped on Dec.4 and take more days to have update showing it arrives. You'd better wait for more days to get update.
