Why am i not seeing any updates on my package?

It is 4 months and I haven't received any updates on my package that was shipped from August or September. Please help me with some update on tracking number RV580056910CN destination Jamaica.

Hi Talia,

There is no update for it after Setember 6. It's stuck in Beijing. If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
