Who is the delivery company in US

My tracking number for China Post is AM095768691CN
It says my package was delivered, but I have not gotten it.
I need to know what company in the US delivered the package and I can follow up with them;otherwise, it is up to China Post to provide the information and make it right.

Hi biggreddone,

According to the tracking information, AM095768691CN was delivered on October 6. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in the US. Then, use the number to check with USPS about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

Received tracking notification at 8.25am saying item delivered at 11.37am. Please explain how a delivery notification can be received 3 hours before the time it was supposed to have been delivered?
