Their tracking site is saying my item was delivered, but I still have not received my item and there was no record in our front camera of any delivery man that day. Seller insisted to check the tracking and I replied the same thing and they still insisted to check the tracking site which I did multiple times already.

Apparently my package has been delivered
I haven’t received it and it wasn’t delivered to my address so can you please tell me which delivery company delivered it and where my parcel is exactly?
I’m not a happy customer!

I didn't receive my package either not happy as it was my daughters bday present and as above Aus Post do not deal with China post so they are unable to assist. I think this may be a front for bad sales to get away with saying 'it says delivered, there is nothing we can do about it'

Hi NygerieMolloy,
In this case, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller can require China Post to do a formal trace investigation. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

I am having the exact same issue. Both my packages say been delivered to Australia back in August and yet still do not know where it is
Australia Post is in charge of delivering it to you after it arrives in Australia. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
