Who is delivering my package from China through China post?

I tracked my package online.it was sent through China post from China to highland new york the last update says put for delivery in highland. It dosnt tell me what deliver service is delivering it .I called usps..sps..and fed ex a d no info .this is my tracking number ...AQ003428028CN
