Which weight shall i follow

Hi,
I have some boxes to be shipped from China to Turkey, by China post air parcel. shall i follow the scaled weight or chargeable weight?
One box size is: 61*36*36cm. Scaled weight is 5kg, how to calculate chargeable weight please?

Hi karl,

It's charged by scaled weight.

It's about 500rmb by air and about 330rmb by SAL for 5kg package to Turkey.

Follow up from previous enquiry, Checked with the receiver in China but they were informed that they are unable to do anything on their end and requires actions from my end instead.
Will appreciate your follow up to this matter.

In the event that this matter does not resolve, can i ask if the parcel can be sent and returned back to me and what are the procedures to it?
