I have contacted DHL Packet and they said, they didn´t pick parcel with tracking number AS710606859CN
The package was picked by some carrier and it´s in Berlin now. I want to know which carrier took the package and handled it on the way to Koln and Berlin. the tracking shows following :

Can You also specify which Custom carrier handles the packages and how to find the package if it´s in Berlin somewhere. Did the tracking changed in Germany ? if yes how can i find it ?

It´s Robert again,
I will need to know urgently regarding tracking number AS710606859CN - Who Took it from Customs and moved it to Cologne and who transited it from Cologne to Berlin. I have called DHL Paket in Germany 6X and they didn´t pick this.
China Post has tracking numbers and these tracking numbers need to change to German when they arrive to country. I need to get the German tracking number from point it arrived to Germany, There is no update on tracking.
I need urgent support in this please

Sorry, we don't know the tracking number. You need to contact the seller to check it for you. There should the new tracking number in the seller's tracking system.
