My tracking number is LZ410067232CN I chose via epacket is my shipment methob and the seller also confirm they have already sent it out by via packet , for many days There is no update information , I found it is handle by Yanwen economic air mail , one gain the seller said there is no Via epacket In Hubie so they send it to Yanwen ,and Yanwen will transfer it to via packet in Shanghai, could you please make it clearly And is it true? Where is it now?

UD648370046YP why has my package not been delivered yet. It say that my package has been in the United States for two weeks
The seller shipped it on October 29. There is tracking information for it now. It's sent by e-packet.
