Which articles have delivery restrictions from China?

I have placed an order of digital telescope from Lin Yuan store China through Ali express app. I couldn't receive it and returned back by China air port security. The reason is it has electronic parts and contain compass. I have been told that telescope is delivered to me. I like telescope but it is not fair. Why should such articles can't be delivered by air mail? Department should find solution for such articles. Department should provide easy and cheap means for delivery. I am very disappointed about this black and strict law of China Post. I wait for response.

China Post is strict. You can use other express companies to ship it. They have ways to ship.
