Still waiting on this. Last time I heard it keeps going back and forth between returns and the airlines. As of now I’m more than 3 months out and I can’t get a straight answer as to where my item is or IF I’m even going to get said item.

It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Canada after it was delivered by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update.
