I've been waiting for my product I purchased in September, 26 2017 and it was supposed to be delivered by November 9th 2017? And I still haven't received it yet

Hi Nancy,

If a package couldn't be delivered in three or four months, it may be lost on the way. Now, it has been five months. It must be lost. You'd better contact the seller to get the refund.
