Where’s my parcels? Been over 2 months.

Hi, I’ve been waiting since the 20/05 when I ordered my 2 packages yet they both haven’t updated the tracking for over a month and haven’t arrived at all. Any updates?

Hi Charrp96,

They were delivered by airline on May 28 and takes about 30-60 days to have update showing they arrive in UK after delivered by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in three months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

Hello.
What is currently going on with your post? I have several parcels stuck at Shenzen / Guangzhou. My registered parcels have been stuck for 2 months. I also have some Ordinary mail parcels that have also not arrived, but their last tracking shows going through Shenzen.
Other parcels that went through different region, have already arrived, despite ordering much later.
Talking to others, they also have same issue with parcels who went to Guangzhou and not arriving.

Hello, 2 of my parcels have been failed to deliver, and it's already 2 months since born of them have been sent back by China Post. By latest information parcels are still in Shanghai- what happened to them? Tracking Numbers are RR508020645lv and RS082380651lv. If these parcels still in Shanghai any way I could get them back?

Hello, my name is Felipe and I'm having a hard time with the clearance of my parcels. The tracking numbers for them are CP422148021CN and CP422148049CN. Its final destination is Brazil, but it has been stuck on Zhengzhou for more than 4 months! I'm trying to solve the problem with the sellers with no success and I'm afraid to miss/damage my parcels. Is there a way to solve this?
