Where's my Parcel? Still no updates

Hi, I can't understand where my Parcel is. The tracking number is LZ479821726CN. The shipping status says "handed over to forwarding agent for transit" at 25th of November, then returned, then "dispatched from Office of exchange" at 5th of December. Now again "handed over to forwarding agent for transit" since 7th of December. What does it mean? Where's my Parcel?

It's in transit to Italy now. In normal, it should be reached in 20-40 days. But due to the coronavirus, it may be delayed. If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
