My parcel seems to have spent about a month travelling via Zhuzou after Accepted by carrier 2020-04-15 22:20:18 [GMT+8] it is now 2020-05-12 07:00:00 [GMT+8] and it appears to have not arrived in the UK yet? I appreciate that the situation is unusual, but other parcels arrive from China already, even after being ordered later on. Do I need to file a claim against vendor and or carrier? LA101461063CN
