Where's my parcel?

I have been waiting since January for my parcel to come, but a couple days ago it said that the parcel were being returned to Guangzhou International Mail Exchange Center and I would like to know how long it will take to come to London?

There is no tracking information for it at present. Possible reason is the sender just gave you a tracking number but hasn't shipped it.
You'd better contact the seller to confirm for the reason.
