Since September the 16th tracking of LX239488854CN shows “ In the exchange office, The shipment has arrived at the international logistics centre of origin”. Is there something wrong? Thank you

The seller has got a robot attending costumer service and doesn’t allow any suggestion or question until estimated delivery time, which is set to November the 18th (WISH costumer service is maddening!!!) Is there anything else that can be done before that date? Thank you
