Where's my parcel

Hi I've ordered 2 ebikes from China. They have said it's by china post. I've been given 2 tracking numbers (AQ004852689CN) one says delivered but it's not turned up and ive had no letter through my door. I live in England Wigan. Can you please tell me who u use so I can try to track my items as I bought these bikes for me and a friend to get to work on to save peddling. I'm very annoyed that it's saying delivered yet it's not turned up. Thanks for any info that you can provided. Ive asked naboughs they say it's not been delivered.

AQ004852689CN was delivered on August 21. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in UK. Then, use the number to check with Royal Mail about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
