if possible can someone track my package?
it says "Shenzhen, planned flight, scheduled flight number KE0828-0071, scheduled departure time 12:45" since september 26 and its october 8. I don't know if my packge is stuck there.

No, it's not stuck there. It left China on that day and now is in transit to Canada now. It usually takes about 30-60 days for it to be delivered.
