I have a missing package. I ordered two items, and they came with two separate packages under the same tracking number; LP010819979CN. However, I only received one package and I have no idea where my second package is. Please let me know where it is or how I can track that package.

It's impossible for two separate packages have the same tracking number. You'd better contact the sender to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.

It was received by airline on Nov. 19 and usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in the USA after it was delivered by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
