Suddenly my package AS453532466CN updated yesterday saying it's been delivered today which is impossible because the time they put was 9 hours ahead when they decided to update it. these were the last few updates before going awol do I contact my local USPS?

To my experience, it was delivered to some other place. You need to contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back.
