Hey! I would like to know where my parcel is, please. it’s been a month that they are at Sita Processing. what does that mean?

Hi Camila,

Sita Processing is the processing center of the other country along the way to Portugal. It's transited by train, so it's slow. You need to wait for another 20-40 days to see it arrives in Portugal to my experience.

Hi Camila,

It's still in transit and hasn't arrived. To my experience, it should be reached recently. You'd better wait for more days to get update.
