I ordered a package about two months ago and its still saying origin package is preparing shipment but usps says its on its way to a usps facility. I havent gotten a clear update since may 14th and the company i ordered from isnt answering my emails. Please help me track my package

The seller shipped it on May 14 and it was delivered to air transport on May 14. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in the USA after it was delivered to air transport. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
