Where’s my package 35 days

It’s been 35 days now and 15 days since tracking was updated, no info or scan of where it is???

Hi Tony,

It's still in transit and hasn't arrived. To my experience, it takes about another 7-20 days to reach. You'd better wait for more days to get update.

It hasn't arrived in the US.

Daisy the seller said it is in US. I followed tracking and it says all these flights outbound landed and last one says arrival at destination on august 10th. So please take the time to tell me where it is? It never left China your saying with all those scans in tracking? Where did outbound flight go? Help please

I inquired about my package over a month ago and was told it should be 20-40 days. Its now coming up on 60 days and the package still has not reached the U.S. This is unacceptable even with Covid-19. Are these flights suspended with not move date, and you are guys just arent saying anything, because Im sorry, no explain could help me understand why package still has not reached the US in 53 days. I order from the seller 75 days ago and they shipped the package right out, there is no reason I should still not be in possession of my items
