Hi Kei,
It didn't pass the check and returned back on July 23. It was delivered to air transport again on July 23. You need to track it in the following days to see if it's normal. There should be update showing it arrives in the US in the next 20-60 days. If it's returned back again, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and give you a solution.

It hasn’t left the sorting center in over a week!
