I ordered some items and received a tracking number from China Post (AT447621873CN). The tracker shows it was delivered but it was NOT delivered. I work from home and was home all day on the times showing. I’ve checked with the neighbours and the post office and they have not received the items either. Where are they?

My items State that they have been delivered to Rockford, Michigan...but not to my home. Does that mean that they are in my city and state in a warehouse, but still need to be delivered to my home?
