I thought I pay extra for express shipping for my package LY872318095CN but all it says is Departure from regional sorting center its been 2 weeks ;-;
I payed extra did i get gyped?

Hi Jay,

It's sent by e-packet which usually takes about 20-60 days to be delivered. You'd better wait for more days to get update. It's delayed in Shanghai now. You can contact the seller to ask for partical refund for shipping if it's not quick as they said.
