Whereabouts of my item

Hi my item shows that it has been delivered to local post office in sungai Buloh. My tracking number is AM342152535CN. Can I know location of the post office so I can go collect it

Hi Mahesh,

You need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in Malaysia. Then, use the number to check with Malaysia post about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
