Where to get my package?

I ordered things from kickstarter, germany and it should have been sent since december. but.i have not received any. and they do not gave me a tracking code. where can i go?

As you don't have the tracking code, it's couldn't be tracked. You'd better open a dispute on kickstarter to ask your money back.
