Can I ask to you when will this shipment be delivered? because I have address in Brno - Křídlovická 348/45a, 602 00 Brno. it's been a month and I still haven't received it.

Hello, according to the instructions, I verified the delivery of the shipment, but I was told that Sára Fuchsová with the address Křídlovická 348/45a Brno is not listed under this shipment number and it is a mistake. So i still don't have my package. Can i ask to you where is order number:#VK2405021559426248 where you sent to me that my tracking number is EMS EB814631176CN?
