Where the F*** is my package!!!!

My order was placed the first of October and was shipped out on the 14th and it's saying it was delivered at my residence. However that's a very dishonest statement because it was not delivered. I have contacted your company nonstop and I'm still getting a run around. Once again I want to know where my package is

Hi Bridgett Taylor,

If you couldn't get a reply from the seller, you can only try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
