Order status says delivery was attempted and to look for a notice but I did not find the package or see the notice in my apartment. Please verify the status and let me know how I can retrieve the package

It's processed by USPS according to the USPS site:
2019-04-09 15:58--KEARNY NJ DISTRIBUTION CENTER, Arrived at USPS Regional Destination Facility -> Your item arrived at our KEARNY NJ DISTRIBUTION CENTER destination facility on April 9, 2019 at 3:58 pm. The item is currently in transit to the destination.
But China Post tracking system shows delivery was failed on April 8. You'd better contact USPS to ask if you need to pick it up.
