Hey my parcel number is LV231225769CN its been aout 29 days since it started the process of being delivered and i contacted AUS post and they said its dissapointing that it hasnt arrived at their shores yet and that to give it until the 29th. I've tried to contact the seller but they havent responded yet. i was hoping i could get a detailed explanation?

You can't contact China post from abroad. I suggest you wait for more days to see. If you couldn't receive it in time and the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

It's still stuck in Shanghai, China now. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If it's stuck there for a long time, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.
