I have had my order in the Netherlands since April 18th (postNL) and should have received it on April 10th. what is up? What do I have to do for the order to arrive?

It's stuck at the customs of Netherlands since May 19. You'd better contact Netherlands Customs to check what happens to it.

I order a package on April 31, 2020. It is now May 21, 2020 and my package is still in transit. It has been there since May 8, i understand that it is due to COVID-19 but I order from China since then and got my order so I don't understand why this order hasn't been shipped out. This is really nerve wrecking.
