When I track this package on 17 Track, the latest update on the 23rd of October 2018 says something about "suburbs". Is this package coming back to the US or not?

Hi Dan,

This pacakage isn't allowed to be imported to the US. So, it was returned back. It should be on the way bck to the US now. You'd better contact USPS to check if it has arrived in the US now.
