I opened a request to return this package to me after it sat in customs for over a month and the recipient refused to pick it up or contact the postal service for me. I opened a request with US postal service and they reached out to China and told me this was a customs issue. I then asked for it to be returned. Here's my tracking number. Can you tell me what is happening with this package? CX329800337US

It left China on October 13 and on the way back to the US since that day.
