Mailed from NYC to XiaMen, China on March 9. Arrived in Shanghai and departed for destination on March 22 and no info since. Customer cannot get any info.

Hi Jan,

You need to let the customer contact China Post directly by calling 11183 to further check it.

Daisy, the customer says that it has to get a China Post tracking number to replace the USPS number it was mailed with. I don't have any way to get this number. could it be in customs for over a month?
