Where is this package?

The tracking number I have is not updating at all. It has never been located but wish says it's on the way. The number is UX261590329VN. Thank you for any information.

We could also get no update for it after Nov. 18. If you couldn't receive it within the promised time, better contact the seller to get a solution.
