Hi it has been a few weeks and i got no update on my parcel status also i see that none of the question that people ask are being answered.

Hi sungoskate,

Airline start shipping on Dec.1. It usually takes about 7-20 days to have update showing it arrives in Singapore after airline start shipping. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in a month, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

I have asked questions twice, they were posted. When looking for response I found both questions were removed without being answered. If you don't have an answer just tell me, don't ignore me and throw out the questions. This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with.

This site hasn’t answered any of my questions so if you found it while looking for information on your package don’t even bother asking on here because they won’t answer your questions… this has been incredibly frustrating and honestly a waste of time but I don’t understand how an express package hasn’t left China yet and it’s been 2 weeks, how the hell is that “express”? I’ve tried to be calm, I’ve tried to be patient but the lack of response on any of my three questions on here shows an inherent lack of customer service that is honestly astonishing. China Post is just phenomenal.
