where is the pick up location ?

Hi,
I have been sent 2 packages form France. The tracking system said they tried to deliver : I don't understand as we have a guard for the compound and an ayi....
The packages are at the pickup station but where is the pick up station. I didn't get any paper left by the delivery guy or anything else.
the references are : CK226710229FR and CK228071824FR

Hi,
I have been sent 2 packages from France. La Poste tells us to check with China Post to pick up our packages. The address given was correct but a mistake occured in the telephone number. La Poste tells us to check with you and China Post tells us to check with La Poste.... It is not very helpful. Why can't we just know where is the pick up location with a reference ?

You need to let the receiver in China call China Post service number 11183 or 11185 (Chinese language) to change the phone number.

I have package it say pick up and it don't give me location pick up number of package AG351366012CN
They are sent by La Poste. The tracking information is provided by them. You'd better contact them to ask what happends to them and how to get it. It seems that it couldn't be reached to your address and waiting you to pick it up.
