Hello,
I have a discussion with a webshop.
The DBX Electronic technology in long huw district.
I have send a parcel with trace codeCC058468485NL
If í track the trace code it says delivered at
龙华dept.
The guy says he did not yet received the parcel.
So where is the parcel?
Can someone explain?

Hi Bob,

If the receiver doesn't receive the parcel, let him call China Post service number 11185 to check where the parcel is now.

If tracking shows it's delivered, it should got by the recipient.

EB714789018CN My package hasn’t moved since it was received on march 15th in Shanghai en route to Australia.?? That is almost 2 weeks. Are you able to assist??

Hi.
I have a parcel currently in your system and was looking for an update.
I ordered the parcel over 3 weeks ago and was told it would arrive within those 3 weeks.
The current status of my parcel is ‘Shipment leaves processing center ’ this was updated 8 days ago and I’ve had nothing at all since. The seller doesn’t seem to understand what I am asking him and as told me multiple different (clearly made up) locations for where my parcel is.
Could you please inform me of where exactly my parcel is and how long roughly until it arrives at my door.
