I checked its status and find it says:

2017-02-11 17:11,Departure from outward OE, CHINA (PEOPLE_S REP) CN
2017-02-09 14:31,Posting/Collection, CHINA (PEOPLE_S REP) CN

You still need to wait as it often takes about two months to recieve the package.
