Where is our package?????

On 15.12.2024 we ordered a package on the Amazon website. We even paid extra for Vip fast delivery from 3-5 days! We still haven't received the package!! On 10.1.2025, the Track718 scheme shows that we received the package, but we DIDN'T!!! Where is our package?? Please answer immediately!! The matter is paid and even the extra payment for fast delivery!!
