On Mon, Aug 2 at 2:19 AM I received an email confirming my purchase had been shipped. It still has not arrived. I would like to know where it is and when I can expect the delivery.

#H172W32P4150 seems to be an Order ID instead of tracking number. You'd better let the seller provide the right one to you and check it for you.
