what happened to my items, the website said it was 15 working days to the delivery, it passed a month since got away from china.

Yes, for ePacket it usually takes 15 working days to the delivery. But in many cases, the packet is easy to be delayed due to some reasons. I have found many packets were delayed and they takes even 30-40 days to reach the destination country when helping others to track. I suggest you to wait another ten days.
